Exchanges
Details regarding Donaiz's exchange policies:
- Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the original purchase date. Items must be in new, unworn, unaltered condition, and free from damages caused by customers.
- Items must be returned with all Donaiz tags attached and in the original packaging.
- Discounted or sale items cannot be exchanged again.
- Exchanges are limited to one per item.
- Delivery charges will only be refunded if the product is incorrect, faulty, or damaged—not for unwanted items.
- Refunds are processed within 2–5 working days after we receive your returned parcel.
- If the product is not returned in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.
- Changes to the delivery address cannot be accommodated once the package has been shipped.
Delivery
- Delivery to Colombo and suburbs will be completed within 1–2 working days.
- General delivery is completed within 2–3 working days (Monday – Friday).
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Gift cards
- Undergarments
- Fashion accessories (e.g., jewelry)
- Damaged or defective items
- Sale items
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
- For errors, we’ll provide a prepaid shipping label.
Processing Time
- Refunds and exchanges are processed within 7 business days after we receive your returned item.
- Refunds may take additional time to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
